The following scans are from a booklet called 'Strathmere by the Sea'. It was put out by the Strathmere Corporation which was a company trying to develop Strathmere in the 1920s. The book mentions census info and real estate facts from 1920-21, so I imagine it was printed in 1922.
The booklet came from the Estate of Dr. Rita C. Schiavo. Her father and uncle bought out the Strathmere Corporation in the 1920s. There is a complete copy of this book available for viewing in the Schiavo Strathmere Library. Here I have scanned images of the homes from the booklet and included captions from the booklet too
